do not buy!Reviewed by :), 2010-03-06
i bought this and i was so excited. it looked great and had an awesome touchpad. i downloaded my music on it and had around 4 days of happy listening until randomly, out of the blue it wouldnt turn on. it wasnt the battery because i had charged it. i dont know exactly what was wrong with it but i returned it! oh and also the on switch was loose even when it worked fine ( as in the plastic cover was falling off) DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM! it has made me distrst coby alot but i am giving them another chance and will see how that goes.
what an utter POS!Reviewed by Scarlet~Witch, 2010-03-05
i bought this very same mp3 player elsewhere. it is difficult to
load songs to, it's slow, and after about 2 weeks? i get the blue
screen of death. it says "coby.....starting" and nothing else.
nada. i will not be buying a coby item EVER again. i had thought
they were a decent co. but their customer service? might as well
fart in a tornado for all the help i got. which is to say they hung
up on me, after i waited a half hour on hold! oh by the way Emily
@coby's "help" center? i hope you got fired quick. i have here a
lovely paperweight that cost way more than it was worth. useless.
and the worst part was? this was for my daughter for her birthday.
i have a BBB complaint against the company and still nothing.
nice.
so, for the cost? it isn't worth the headaches. buy something with
a bit better quality.
GreatReviewed by Mrs. T, 2010-02-22
I really have not had lots of time with it. But what little time i had i liked it, easy to use and i love the touch screen. would recommend it.
A Cool MP3 PlayerReviewed by space-oddity., 2010-01-31
I recently bought one of these mp3 players from Amazon, and I'm
defiantly pleased with it.
It has a great look - (I've uploaded a picture of mine) - it's a
good size, the screen is sharp and easy to read (the flash blinded
out the screen on the photo I uploaded, but trust me it looks great
in person), and it also has a little weight to it, which I
like.
The battery life can be a little tricky, but since you can charge
it with a USB cord, it's easy to manage.
And since storage is the most important thing, I'll say that I
currently have over a 100 songs on my player and I still have lots
of room, so I'd defiantly recommend it to someone else.
Great purchase for a great priceReviewed by Dano, 2010-01-09
I bought two of these in different colors for my 8 and 11 year olds. I didn't want to spend too much money on something like this but looked around and found this to be my best match. It is a great product for a great price! The look is sleek, and it is very easy to use. We didn't have any problem loading songs or figuring out all the features. The kids really like the touchpad control as well as the FM radio capability. I actually purchased a Sansa Fuze for my 13 year old and he likes this one better! Definately something I would highly recommend.
